What We Collect

From everyone: your name, mobile number, email address and password.
From customers: the job you post, its photos, and the location pin you drop on the map.
From workers: your present address, a profile photo, a photo of your government ID, a selfie holding that ID, your trades, the areas you cover, and any certificates or clearances (Barangay, NBI) you add.
From using the app: your quotes, bookings, chat messages, ratings, cancellations and strikes.

To check that each worker is a real person before they can quote.
To match a job with workers of the right trade who cover that area.
To let the customer and the worker agree on the work, and to settle a problem if one is reported.
To keep Fixqo safe, for example by acting on no-shows and complaints.

Workers never see a customer's mobile number. Before booking they see only the barangay and a rough area; the exact pin is shown only to the worker the customer books.
Customers see a worker's name, photo, trades, certificate details, verified badges, ratings and reviews. They never see the worker's ID, selfie, address or mobile number.
Fixqo's Owner and Admin staff can see IDs, addresses and mobile numbers so they can verify workers and handle reports.
We do not sell your information or share it with advertisers.

For as long as your account is open, and afterwards only as long as needed to settle reports or meet legal duties.

You may ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and information.
